Presented by Nicole Dumas, Director of Advancement Talent at Boston College
The pandemic exploded the traditional workplace model, creating space for alternative work arrangements that benefit women and people with marginalized/minoritized identities. However, with these benefits come potential costs that could limit professional opportunity and career growth. This session will address emerging inequities and give you the skills needed to reframe, navigate, and advocate to succeed in the hybrid workplace.
3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Break
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.: Growing the Amplify Alum Experience.
Presented by Amy Bronson, Associate Vice President – Advancement Resources & Strategic Talent Management at Boston University.

4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.: Reception, Dinner, and Karaoke Party. Sponsored by Boston University, the event will take place at Sawtooth Kitchen, Bar and Stage (Under Allen Street, Hanover, NH 03755; 603-643-5134) and will include a festive, laid-back reception and (optional) karaoke party to celebrate our five-year Amplify anniversary.
