Women, transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse people are often paid less, promoted less, and face greater barriers to leadership. Men, too, are constrained by rigid expectations that limit emotional expression and contribute to mental health challenges. Gender inequality shows up differently across identities, but it harms everyone.
