Please review the following *very useful* information before registering. This will help you successfully register for the 2024 Amplify Alum Summer Session.
ONE important note:
- Only Amplify Leads should register for the Wednesday, 8/21/24, Amplify Lead Reunion.
TWO questions to ask yourself before registering:
- Does my institution want me to pay individually or as part of a larger group of participants? If you do not know the answer to this question, please contact your Advancement HR/Talent Management office.
- Do I qualify for a scholarship? Scholarships may be available to Amplifiers whose institutions cannot pay the registration fee due to limited funds. (These typically will be granted to nonprofit organizations with small professional development budgets, not larger institutions that have put a cap on registrations.) Please contact Alexis for more information.
THREE optional questions on the registration page, including:
- A set of open-ended questions that will provide content for our sessions on hybrid work and efforts to further Amplify’s mission at your institution
- A question about an “affinity group” that you will have the option to join for lunch (e.g., Early Career Professional, Person of Color, Fundraiser, etc.)
- A question about your potential interest in participating in a rideshare
FOUR payment options:
- Pay for an individual registration with a credit card
- Indicate that your institution is paying for a group of registrants
- Please note: You must still register as an individual, so please complete the registration form. You will not pay the fee, however.
- On the “Session & Fees” step of registration, please select “Free – My institution will arrange a group payment,” from the dropdown menu. To complete a group payment, please have your institution contact Sarah Dunn.
- Request an invoice so your institution can pay by check
- Please note: You must still register as an individual, so please complete the registration form. You will not pay the fee, however.
- If you plan to request an invoice, please select “Free – My institution will arrange a group payment,” from the dropdown menu on the “Session & Fees” step of registration. Request an invoice.
- Pay by scholarship (see “TWO questions to ask yourself” for more info). If you have already been granted a scholarship, please contact Alexis for more information.
